These warranty and returns conditions relating to each of the products offered for sale (hereinafter “Products”) on the website www.cignoli.it (hereinafter the “Site”), govern all contracts of sale (hereinafter the “Purchases”) between the buyer (hereinafter the “Customer”) and the seller CIGNOLI ELETTROFORNITURE S.R.L. | Via IV Novembre 9 | 27045 – Casteggio – PV | Tel: +39 0383 806011 | cignoli@cignoli.it | P.IVA 00295980189 (hereinafter “Cignoli”).

1 Warranty and Returns
If for some reason the Customer is not satisfied with the product he has purchased, he can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the package. You don’t need to specify why you intend to return the product. You can ask for an exchange with another item or a refund. The choice cannot be changed later.

To make use of the guarantee, a request must be made in writing by registered letter with return receipt or, more simply, by e-mail (at cignoli@cignoli.it). To speed up the response, we recommend indicating in the email subject the words: “Return request” and the order number.

The return is accepted only if the item is in the same condition in which it was received. Therefore it must be perfectly intact, it must not have been used. It must be complete with the label still attached and / or the original packaging. The guarantee applies to all products. The product must be received by us within 14 days of the return authorization date.

We recommend the use of a traceable service (therefore Registered, fast parcel 3 by Poste Italiane or express courier service) as the responsibility for delivery lies with the sender.

After Cignoli has received the returned package, and verified that all the requirements have been met, the Customer will receive the replacement item (or refund, the latter within the prescribed time). The refund will be made by reversing the payment made, if you have used Paypal. Otherwise, it will take place by bank transfer, or if preferred by Paypal payment (any fees charged to the recipient). Transport costs are NOT refundable.

In no case is it possible to reject the ordered goods at the time of delivery, this circumstance will not be considered application of the right of return, but contractual breach. Returns can only be made in the manner described above.
